United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.  This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.

A5144268 Wong Wong | Labrador Retriever/ Corgi

 A5144268 Wong Wong is a cheerful 8-year-old copper-with-white neutered male Labrador Retriever and Corgi mix whose former owners left him at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on January 19th stating they had no time for a dog. Weighing 40 lbs, Wong Wong is a sociable, happy fellow. He knows how to walk on a leash, and with some additional training will likely be an ideal walking companion (and he will be delighted to go walking with you!). He gets along well with other well-mannered dogs. Wong Wong strikes us an ideal companion—the quintessential family dog. His adorable low-rider physique and soulful eyes are the perfect ingredients for an adorably handsome boy. Wong Wong will be a life-long best friend and faithful indoor pet in a loving home eager to welcome a gentle, easy-going canine companion.
